How INFLXD collects, uses, discloses, secures, and retains your information — and the rights you have over it.

Inflexion AI Pty Ltd, trading as INFLXD (“INFLXD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides AI-enhanced, human-verified transcription and related services (the “Services”) through our website at www.inflxd.com and associated applications (the “Site”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, secure, and retain personal information when you use our Site or Services, as well as the rights available to you under applicable laws.

By using the Site or Services, you agree to this Policy and any other agreements in place between you and INFLXD (such as our Terms of Service).

If you are under 18, you may use our Services only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

We collect the following categories of information, depending on how you interact with us:

Identifiers
Name, email address, contact details, and account credentials.
Transaction Data
Purchase history, order details, or subscription information.
Device and Usage Data
IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring URLs, pages visited, and timestamps.
Location Data
General location inferred from your IP address.
Organization Data
The organization that owns your network address, where that address belongs to a company rather than a home or mobile provider. We look this up, using a business identification service, so we know which companies are reading us. It identifies the organization, not you personally.
Payment Information
Processed securely through our third-party payment providers (we do not store full card details).
Customer Content
Audio, video, and document files you upload for transcription or related processing.
Communications
Messages, feedback, or survey responses you send us.
Inferences
Preferences or service patterns derived to improve functionality and experience.

When processing Customer Content provided by our clients, we act solely as a data processor (or service provider) under their instructions. For all other data collected directly from you, INFLXD acts as the data controller.

We collect information through the following methods:

Directly from you
When you register, place orders, upload files, or contact us.
Automatically
Through cookies, analytics tools, and server logs (see our Cookies Policy).
From links we send you
When you open a link from one of our emails or messages, or submit a form with your email address, we connect your visits on our sites to your contact record. This lets us see what a reader we already know is interested in. It happens only after you have accepted analytics cookies, and you can ask us to unlink and delete this history at any time.
From third parties
Such as payment processors, analytics providers, or integrations you authorize.

We use the information we collect to:

Process orders, deliver transcriptions, and manage your account.
Improve Performance and Security
Analyze usage, detect fraud, and maintain reliability.

Send updates, respond to inquiries, and provide support.

We do not use your transcription data or uploaded content to train or improve AI models. Your data remains confidential and is processed solely to deliver the Services you request.

We share personal data only as needed for the purposes described in this Policy:

Service Providers
Trusted partners who host, store, or process data under confidentiality agreements.
Legal or Regulatory Requests
To comply with applicable laws or lawful investigations.
Business Transfers
If INFLXD undergoes a merger, acquisition, or reorganization.
With Your Consent
When you explicitly connect third-party integrations or authorize sharing.

We do not sell personal information. If applicable local laws define “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, visitors in the United States can opt out using the “Do not sell or share my personal information” control in Cookie Settings, reachable from the link in our footer, or by emailing privacy@inflxd.com.

We may store and process data in countries other than where you reside. Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), to ensure equivalent data protection.

We use administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect personal information, including encryption, access controls, and monitoring. However, no online transmission is completely secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, please contact us immediately (see Contact Us).

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to:

  • Deliver our Services,
  • Comply with legal obligations,
  • Resolve disputes, or
  • Enforce agreements.

Analytics data is kept for 12 months. Persistent cookies expire after 12 months, and the cookie recording your consent choice after 180 days.

Some system backups or logs may be retained for a longer period for security and business continuity.

You can:

  • Update or correct your account information.
  • Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
  • Control cookies and tracking preferences (see Cookies Policy).
  • Disconnect integrations through your third-party account or INFLXD settings.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of your data.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
  • Request data portability.
  • Withdraw consent (where applicable).

You may exercise these rights by contacting us (see Contact Us). We may verify your identity before processing your request.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our Site, measure performance, and improve user experience. Our analytics tool is PostHog, hosted in the United States, and it runs only after you accept analytics cookies. We also use Apollo, a business identification service, to infer the organization behind a visit as described under Organization Data. We use the information above for business development: to know which organizations are interested in our services, and what a reader we already know is reading, so that if we contact you we do so with something relevant. We rely on our legitimate interest in promoting our services to businesses. You may object at any time by emailing privacy@inflxd.com. Nobody is contacted automatically because they visited a page.

Our Services are not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us for deletion.

We may update this Policy periodically to reflect changes in law or business practices. Any material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.

A. European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland, and United Kingdom

We process your personal data on one or more of these legal bases:

You may have additional rights to object, restrict, or lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. We use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

B. United States – California and Other State Privacy Laws

INFLXD does not sell personal data. If applicable, you may request:

  • Disclosure of data collected, shared, or retained over the past 12 months.
  • Deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Correction of inaccurate data.
  • Opt-out of cross-context advertising, using the “Do not sell or share my personal information” control in Cookie Settings.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

C. Nevada Residents

We do not sell “personally identifiable information” for monetary gain. To opt out of any future sales, email privacy@inflxd.com.
