1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow us to recognize your browser, remember preferences, and improve performance. We also use similar technologies like pixels, SDKs, and local storage (collectively referred to as “cookies”).
2. Types of Cookies We Use
| Category | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Essential | Needed for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice. Always on. |
| Functional | Remember your settings, such as language or region. Off until you accept. |
| Analytics | Help us understand how the site is used and which organizations read us. Off until you accept. |
3. Third-Party Cookies
We use PostHog, hosted in the United States, for site analytics. It sets first-party cookies beginning “ph_” only after you accept analytics cookies. Your cookie choice itself is stored in a cookie named “inflxd_consent”.
We also use Apollo, a business identification service, to work out which organization a visit came from, where the network address belongs to a company rather than a home or mobile provider. It identifies the organization, not you personally, and it loads only after you accept analytics cookies. See “Organization Data” in our Privacy Policy.
We do not run advertising or personalization cookies on this Site, and we do not use advertising networks. To turn either of the tools above off, use Cookie Settings below.
4. Managing Cookies
You can:
- Accept or reject cookies via our on-site cookie banner.
- Change your preferences anytime through the link in our footer.
- Adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies.
- Use your mobile device’s ad tracking settings.
Blocking certain cookies may affect site functionality.
5. “Do Not Sell or Share” Disclosure
INFLXD does not sell personal data. If our Site uses tracking technologies deemed “sharing” under California’s privacy law, visitors in the United States can opt out using the “Do not sell or share my personal information” control in Cookie Settings, reachable from the link in our footer, or by emailing privacy@inflxd.com.
6. Retention
Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain for a defined period (typically 6–24 months) unless you delete them sooner. Analytics data is kept for 12 months. The cookie that records your consent choice expires after 180 days.
7. Links to Third-Party Sites
Our Site may link to external websites. Their cookie and privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
8. Changes To This Policy
We may update this Cookies Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
